Quality Education Makes Everything Achievable –Rising Lions’ Director
The director of The Rising Lions e.v in Germany, Nadine Faber, has stressed the need for quality education, saying it is the sure way for one to be successful.
According to her, it is also important to have the desire to learn new things in order to put together a good educational concept for the future.
Madam Faber said this when she addressed members of The Rising Lions, who are on a youth exchange programme under the auspices of the African-German Youth Office (AGYO).
The youth were drawn from both Germany and Ghana.
The exchange programme, termed ‘Teams Up,’ promotes international extracurricular youth exchanges.
The programme enables youth groups from Germany and African countries to work together on projects.
As part of the projects, participants are tasked to focus on one of the United Nations’ (UN) 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at any point in time.
She disclosed that the sustainable development goals, particularly the Zero Hunger, are being pursued head on by The Rising Lions-Ghana.
It emerged that The Rising Lions-Ghana has successfully provided a home for seven children and providing them with enough food and other basic necessities of life.
The next project, DzataSuku, which is aimed at providing quality education, has also begun in earnest with the said seven children enrolled in school for the best of education.
