Nana Osei Tutu, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Team, who is contesting as Constituency Communication Officer of the Okaikoi Central constituencyin the upcoming party constituency elections, says he is poised for victory, come this Saturday October 29.

Alias Otumfuo, the NDC communicator is coming against the incumbent, whom he contested against four years ago.

He was beaten by his only contender, with just a vote difference of 22, when the constituency then had 104 branches.

The outspoken communicator is banging his hopes on his vast experience with the party over the years and the assurance by the delegates.

He also says he stands a better chance of winning because he has done his homework well and he has been accepted more.

Speaking to The Anchor days ago, the entrepreneur-cum-journalist said the grounds are favourable, assuring that nothing short of victory will be recorded on Saturday.

Otumfuo says he is bringing to office competence, integrity and effective communication to steer the affairs and enhance the image of the NDC in the constituency, an area held many years politically by the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Nana Osei Tutu, who has lived in the constituency for many years, said he is abreast with issues of the constituency, and he is ready to contribute his quota to the constituency, which has popular towns, such as Abeka, Lapaz, Nyamekye and Tesano.

The NDC postponed that constituency’s election to this Saturday as a sign of respect, because some important programmes were being held by the national Chief Imam, Sheikh OsmanuNuhu Sharubutu and the queen-mother of the area.
